Dean Duncan

Managing Director

Dean joined in 2022 after serving as Executive Director of Partnership for Economic Innovation (PEI). Dean manages partnerships, staffing, operations, strategy, and overall direction for The Connective.

Ben Williams

Government Relations Manager

Ben holds a Master of Public Administration in Urban Management from ASU and manages nonprofit and government partnerships statewide and nationally.

Jake Taylor

Design & Technology Manager

Jake holds a Master of Global Management in Design Thinking and contributes critical design frameworks to projects, ensuring the resident experience remains at the center of all we do.

Administrative Assistant

Ciara is a former educator with a degree from ASU. After 10 years of teaching she is excited to put her organization and administrative skills to use in a new field.
