Ciara has spent 10 years as an early childhood educator during which she engaged increasing levels of administerial projects outside, facilitating complex training, administrative initiative and enterprise level deployments. This experience revealed her passion for administrative tasks, and she found these duties to be fulfilling and less stressful. This discovery has inspired her to pursue a career as an administrative assistant, where she can apply her skills and enthusiasm for organization and leadership in a new and exciting context. Ciara graduated from Arizona State University and specializes in complex organizational facilitation, educational attainment and training, as well as administrative excellence.
