Arizona State University (ASU) Law students worked on a summer smart city/smart regions program in partnership with The Connective. Students were able to work across the focus areas of The Connective’s smart cities and region consortium and were taught by experts from partner organizations including Amazon Web Services, Sprint, Dell and Snowflake. The students' legal and detailed research skills helped the Arizona Commerce Authority and The Connective leaders to better understand complex issues and make rapid decisions on issues such as autonomous vehicles, drones and 5G technology.
